Stone painted pineapple with green beach glass leaves at its top. It sits on a 6” x 9” piece of salvage wood washed in charcoal gray paint. This is large/heavy, and at 2” thick, will work best sitting on a mantle, shelf, or table.
Why a pineapple? I created one for fun a while back, and have been asked many times if I’d be making more—and I promised to add some this spring and summer.
My Grace Dog and I walk on the beach each day. She swims, runs off her excess energy and I collect beach glass, stones, metal, wire, plastic, rubber... bring it all home in my backpack to be used in my art—or recycled.
