"One" DaisyOriginal art in upcycled, vintage frame. The frame is deep charcoal/black with a hint of gold on the frame edges. Background canvas board is also deep charcoal/black and matches frame. Daisy petals are flat gray stones painted white. Center gray stone is yellow with a touch of glitter. All materials are exactly as I find them, shapes are never altered.
PRINTS NOT AVAILABLE.
Doesn't every girl play the "he loves me, he loves me not game" with daisies? I always did from a young age and still can't resist to this day. Also, daisies are a happy, summer flower--one of the only flowers (weeds?) to be found at my childhood home. My parents were wonderful, but they did not garden! The cool thing about any of my daisy art is that there are the correct number of petals. If the stone petals were plucked, they would always land on "he loves me." A girl can dream...
The charcoal frame/backing is timeless. There's something sophisticated about this color combination. Makes a great gift, as these flowers can remain on a wall for years.
Vintage frames are one of a kind. Depends on what I find! Love to paint, refinish, and upcycle vintage and antique frames. All prints and frames go to a professional framer, to ensure they are properly put together.
Packaging: Prints are typically packaged on foam backing board and sealed in clear wrapping. For easier shipping, prints may be rolled and shipped in mailing tubes. Framed prints and Original Beach Art will also be carefully packaged for safe shipping.
In the Cleveland area: I'm willing to make alternate arrangements for those in the Cleveland not needing shipping. Contact me!
Materials: I find what I find. All Originals are one of a kind, and cannot be reproduced. It’s particularly difficult to find enough beach sea glass to create my Christmas trees. They are time consuming to make and often sell very quickly.
