Stone paw print on 3 1/2” x 3 1/2” salvaged wood washed with antique white paint. Paw print is made with very old, almost black beach glass sent to me by a friend who lives in Puerto Rico. Se finds black glass on her beach walks.

Why a paw print?
My Grace Dog and I walk on the beach each day. She swims, runs off her excess energy and I collect beach glass, stones, metal, wire, plastic, rubber... bring it all home in my backpack to be used in my art—or recycled. My Gracie Girl has been my “partner” in art for 9 1/2 years. Could NOT do this without my best friend.
